When you subscribe to Hoptile, you agree to receive emails from us, including newsletters, updates, and promotional messages. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.
Your use of Hoptile is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and manage personal information.

Hoptile may feature or discuss domain names, brand concepts, business ideas, and potential business directions. Domain availability can change at any time, and we do not guarantee that any domain will remain available unless we have already secured it.
A featured domain, brand name, or business concept may appear attractive or promising, but that does not mean it is legally cleared for your use. You are solely responsible for conducting your own trademark, business name, legal, and commercial research before using any name, brand, domain, or concept.
From time to time, Hoptile may feature a domain and offer it to subscribers. Unless stated otherwise, a featured domain is intended to go to the first eligible subscriber to claim it, subject to verification and successful transfer requirements.
A domain claim is not guaranteed until Hoptile confirms the claim and the transfer is completed.
Unless stated otherwise, domain offers are promotional claim opportunities and not random drawings. No purchase is necessary to claim a domain, and making a purchase does not improve your ability to receive one.
We reserve the right to change, pause, reject, cancel, or end any domain claim, offer, feature, or promotion at any time, to the extent permitted by law. We may do this for reasons including eligibility issues, inaccurate information, suspected abuse, technical problems, transfer failure, registrar restrictions, or a posting error.
If a domain is transferred to you, the transfer may require account setup, identity verification, registrar approval, confirmation steps, or other actions.
Transfer timing is not guaranteed. A transfer may be delayed, denied, or canceled due to registrar requirements, verification issues, account setup problems, policy restrictions, technical issues, or other circumstances outside Hoptile’s control.
Once a domain transfer is completed, the recipient becomes fully responsible for that domain, including:
all future renewal fees
any transfer or registrar fees
any taxes, charges, or related costs
all management, use, maintenance, and protection of the domain going forward
Hoptile is not responsible for renewal payments, expiration, loss of the domain, suspension, disputes, or anything that happens after the transfer is completed.
All content on Hoptile, including text, branding, graphics, logos, images, and original materials, belongs to Hoptile unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
You agree not to:
use Hoptile for any unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purpose
provide false or inaccurate information
interfere with the operation of the website, newsletter, or any promotion
abuse or misuse any domain claim or offer
infringe on the rights of Hoptile or others
Hoptile may link to or rely on third-party websites, tools, platforms, registrars, or services. We are not responsible for any third party, their content, their policies, or how they operate.
We may correct errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information at any time, including after content, domains, or offers have been posted.
Hoptile is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations of any kind regarding accuracy, availability, reliability, results, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoptile and its owners, affiliates, operators, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or other damages arising out of or related to your use of the website, newsletter, content, domain claims, promotions, transfers, or any domain received through Hoptile.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Hoptile must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Wisconsin, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of Hoptile after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
